As the managing partner of Blues Coastal Bar & Grill, Elliot is bringing with him over two decades of hospitality experience to Mt. Pleasant. Before taking over at Blues Coastal Bar & Grill, Elliot held leadership roles in Boston, most notably at bartaco, a popular upscale street food concept. Elliot has continually demonstrated the ability to create memorable dining experiences for each guest in fast paced, high volume environments.

Elliot has lived and worked in many different parts of the Northeast and has his undergraduate degree in International Business and an MBA from Quinnipiac University. He is excited to explore all the great local golf courses, restaurants and breweries while enjoying the laid-back coastal lifestyle that Charleston has to offer.
