Don Bailey

Partner

Born and bred in South Boston, Don Bailey's passion for hospitality ignited early on, paving a journey that led him to steward iconic venues such as the Boston Harbor Hotel and Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill at Fenway Park. As he honed his skills, his vision expanded beyond Southie, and he became a pivotal figure at Barteca Restaurants. There, Don was an integral part of the team behind the brand's remarkable growth, steering bartaco from a cozy 4-unit establishment to a commanding 20, prior to Barteca's acquisition by the esteemed Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group (DFRG).

With a knack for innovation and an unyielding commitment to quality, Don's return to Boston in 2018 as the VP of Operations for Patina Restaurant Group marked another milestone. His flair for concept creation and operational brilliance birthed new ventures like Banners Kitchen & Tap & Hub Hall. Furthermore, Bostonians owe their introduction to the culinary concepts of Iron Chef Morimoto's Momosan Sushi & Ramen to Don’s strategic foresight.

The allure of the South proved irresistible. By 2021, Charleston, SC became home to Don and his family, and also to his next venture, 3SP Co. This consultancy, born from his vast experience, now extends its expertise to over 30 brands across 17 states. But for all his business acumen, Don's heart lies close to the community. His active involvement with initiatives like the Charleston Youth Hockey Association underlines his belief in giving back, making him not just a business leader, but a community pillar.
